Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition in which it was received, including packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
Please note that head jewelry, nose pins, and nose rings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Earrings (due to hygiene concerns).
- Sale or promotional items.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and email us at iraasajewellers@gmail.com. Kindly do not return the product directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
